WWF-India,MSO conducts a workshop on Best out of Waste for Pune NCI school students on 21st Sept. 2013 at Indradhanushya,Pune. 33 students participate in the workhop.In this studnets learn to make puppets by using socks ans waste cloths.Studnets were made aware about the waste that we produce and how we can reduce it.  Mrs. Mrudulla Kelkar and her colleges from Pune teach them to make beautiful puppets.

Teachers' Training Workshop in collaboration with Department of Environmental Science D. E. S. Fergusson College, Pune

WWF-India Maharashtra State Office conducted a Teachers’ Training Workshop on 7^th Aug, 2013. It was conducted in-collaboration with Department of Environmental Science D. E. S. Fergusson College, Pune. 22 teachers & professors from 10 different Educational Institutes participated in this workshop. The theme was based on this year’s World Environment Day Theme – “Think. Eat. Save.” The focus of the workshop was to sensitize teachers and ultimately students about the food that we eat today, agricultural practices that we have in our country. The sessions taken include – sharing information on WWF-India’s program for schools & colleges, the food that we eat today -Think eat and save, kitchen garden, nature games, film screenings etc.
